At Mitt Drip, we stand behind the quality, craftsmanship, and performance of our batting gloves. Every pair is built for players who demand durability, grip, and comfort. That’s why all Mitt Drip batting gloves are backed by our 90-Day Limited Warranty, starting from the date of delivery.
What’s Covered
Our 90-Day Warranty covers manufacturer defects and workmanship issues, including:
Stitching or seam failure under normal use
Material defects that affect performance
Premature tearing not caused by misuse
Hardware or closure defects (straps, Velcro, fasteners)
If your gloves fail due to a covered issue within 90 days of delivery, we will replace them or issue store credit.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear from regular play
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper care
Cuts, burns, or punctures
Modifications or alterations to the gloves
Damage from using the gloves outside of intended baseball or softball play
Improper sizing or fit issues after use
Batting gloves are a performance product and will naturally show signs of wear over time—this is not considered a defect.
How to File a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please contact Mitt Drip Customer Support at Info@mittdrip.com within 90 days of delivery and include:
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Clear photos of the issue
A brief description of how the gloves were used
Approved claims will receive a replacement pair or store credit. Original gloves may be required to be returned.
Additional Notes
Warranty applies only to the original purchaser
Warranty is valid only for purchases made through MittDrip.com or authorized sellers
Shipping fees are non-refundable
Replacement items do not restart the 90-day warranty period
