We have a 14-day return policy after receiving your item per tracking information provided by the shipping company to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the order number as proof of purchase. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the consumer. There is an 8% restocking fee associated with returns.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
Please ensure the sizes selected are correct. For exchanges, contact us at info@mittdrip.com to coordinate the exchange. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the consumer.
