Shipping policy
We strive to process and ship all orders as efficiently as possible. All orders are processed within 2-4 business days; Please allow 7-10 business days to arrive at your doorstep. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, shipping options, and delivery expectations.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.
If we experience a high volume of orders or shipping delays, we’ll contact you directly via email.
Shipping times may be extended during holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1–2 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier performance.
Shipping Carriers
We currently ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier will be chosen automatically based on your location and shipping speed selected.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship anywhere within the United States.
If you are located in Alaska, Hawaii, or a U.S. territory, delivery may take slightly longer.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after tracking number is created.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Mitt Drip, LLC is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage at info@mittdrip.com.
If a package is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim.
Shipping Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to change the delivery address once an order has shipped.
